ABOUT US

GRC Project is a project office that focuses only on precast projects and specializes in technical drawing and field coordination. We manage every stage of the GRC (Precast) process in a holistic manner; steps such as precast application projects, production drawings, production-assembly planning and technical coordination. We work to ensure that each project progresses with producible, field-applicable and sustainable solutions.

Our founders have been actively involved in the precast sector since 2015; they directly carry out many technical processes such as project drawing, mold and detail solutions, production-field coordination and corporate entitlement deliveries. To date, they have taken an active role in precast facade projects of residential, commercial and industrial structures of different scales.

As GRC Project, we aim for each drawing to correspond exactly to the application in the field; we follow the process from beginning to end by maintaining strong technical communication with manufacturing companies, assembly teams and employers. Our priority is to produce error-free, transparent and result-oriented projects.

Analysis and Project Start

  • The scope of the project, expectations and the business model of the manufacturing company are evaluated. The difficulties that may be encountered during the implementation process are foreseen from the first stage and a strategy is created.

  • At this stage, the survey is taken as agreed upon or the project starts with the survey sent to us.

Approved Drawing Process

  • Step by step, we proceed with approval.

  • First, preliminary approval sheets consisting of a sample plan, section and view are prepared. After the approval process, the application project, mold project are drawn according to the production period, and after the mold order, the production parts are drawn.

Production and Assembly Coordination

  • Even if the drawing is finished, our work is not over.

  • Communication with the workshop and assembly teams is maintained. Production planning is done, and the field is present when necessary. All technical coordination continues at the end of the process.

Project Delivery and Measurements

  • Since the part quantities are also calculated during the project drawings, when the drawing is finished, the project quantity is also produced and delivered in Excel format.

  • In addition, the manufacturing done in the field, additional works, labor etc. are calculated and the Progress Payment is prepared in the requested format.
