PROJECT SUMMARY
The precast (GRC) exterior cladding of this luxury villa in Istanbul’s Beykoz district was designed in accordance with its original classical architectural style. The exterior was clad with custom-designed GRC panel systems. Column capitals, floor moldings, decorative balcony railings, arches, and buttresses emphasized the architectural identity of the villa.

TECHNICAL PROCESS
For this precast (GRC) villa application, site measurements were conducted at the beginning of the project, and 2D application drawings suitable for production were prepared. All exterior elements were designed to ensure ease of installation and a low error rate. Specialized mold details were developed for the production phase. Detailed planning was carried out for the installation process, and full site coordination was managed by our team throughout the project.
