Tekirdag - Perla Villas

PROJECT SUMMARY
In the Perla Villas housing project consisting of 30 villas in Tekirdağ, all precast (GRC) detail solutions, mold designs, application and production projects were prepared by us. Production planning was made and the process was managed in coordination with the manufacturer and assembly teams. Applicable sheets were prepared for both workshop and field needs.

TECHNICAL PROCESS

After the surveying, structure-specific precast details were developed in the application project. The exterior system was resolved in accordance with the building typology.

Application sheets consisting of plans, sections and views were prepared for all precast (GRC) elements. A readable and systematic project language appropriate to the project scale was adopted.

Production drawings were completely defined with the technical details, carcass and connection points of each panel. Production planning was made considering the capacity of the manufacturer and the project schedule.

The assembly project was measured in line with the field conditions. Throughout the process, we provided all technical coordination by constantly communicating with the manufacturer, workshop and assembly teams.
