PROJECT SUMMARY
In this hotel project located in Sirkeci, an agreement was reached with a precast (GRC) company after the architectural design was completed. In the following process, (GRC) precast facade project, detail solutions, mold designs and assembly projects were prepared by us on behalf of the company. By ensuring coordination with the production and assembly teams, a flawless project suitable for field application was delivered.

TECHNICAL PROCESS

Beginning
In the project submitted to us by the precast manufacturer company, detail solutions suitable for the precast (GRC) system were developed by taking the existing architectural design as reference. A systematic planning was made by considering the special forms and architectural elements on the facade.

Application Project
The application sheets of the precast (GRC) exterior elements were detailed with plans, sections and views. In line with the hotel's facade scale and design language, the project sheets were prepared in a readable manner and in harmony with the assembly team.

Production Drawings
The production sheet of each (GRC) precast element was drawn. The dimensions of the parts, their suitability for the formwork system and connection details were clearly specified. Critical details such as anchor points, their relationship with the carrier system and assembly priority were transferred to the project.

Assembly
Conversations were held with the field team before assembly. The assembly project was dimensioned by taking into account transportation, placement and facade alignment details. Necessary explanations and assembly facilitating notes were included in the sheets according to the field conditions.

Coordination
Communication was maintained with both the technical and field teams throughout the production and assembly process. Revisions that may occur during the application were quickly transferred to the project and the processes were coordinated simultaneously.
