PROJECT SUMMARY
In this project, the project, production and application process of precast (GRC) elements to be used on the facades of mass housing structures were carried out by us. Detail solutions suitable for the architectural project were developed, application and production drawings were prepared. Continuous coordination was established with the workshop and manufacturing processes were followed, and during the assembly phase, the project progressed in accordance with the application program by assuming the role of field manager. Daily field checks, assembly inspections and technical meetings with the employer were carried out regularly. In addition, detailed reporting was made throughout the entire process, preparation and entitlement transactions were completed in accordance with the employer procedures and their approvals were obtained.

TECHNICAL PROCESS
Detail Solutions and Project
(GRC) Precast details were created in accordance with the facade typologies, and all application sheets were prepared according to this and the carrier system connections.
Production and Workshop Process
Part production drawings were prepared by optimizing them according to the mold cycle and production plan. The productions in the workshop were regularly monitored and carried out in coordination with the field.
Assembly and Field Application
Active duties were taken in the field every day throughout the assembly process. Part placements, carrier connections and detail controls were followed up one-on-one.
Earnings and Reporting
Preparation and earnings files were prepared at regular intervals in the format requested by the employer. All attachments (metering, field photos, sheet references, etc.) were delivered completely and the approval process in accordance with the procedures was successfully carried out.
