PROJECT SUMMARY
In the (GRC) precast exterior application process of this 14-block villa site located in Tepeören, Istanbul, all technical project studies were carried out by us after the design was completed. Special (GRC) precast detail solutions were developed for the needs of each block, application projects, mold designs and part production drawings were prepared and production planning was carried out.
Detail solutions were produced considering the field conditions and ease of application; the field process progressed smoothly by establishing regular communication with the manufacturer and assembly companies. On-site construction site support and technical coordination were provided during the field assembly.

Special detail solutions were produced for (GRC) precast systems. (GRC) Precast solutions suitable for different variations were made for villa type block structures.
Application Project
Detailed plan, section and elevation sheets were prepared for all blocks. An approach that considers the balance of aesthetics, functionality and manufacturability was adopted.
Production Drawings
Technical details, connection elements, carrier system relations and mold plans of each panel were prepared in accordance with the production processes. The order of the panels was optimized according to the workshop usage.
Production Planning
Production planning was made by considering the workshop capacity, project schedule and shipping program. Integrity was ensured between the production order of the parts, shipping order and assembly priority.
Assembly and Coordination
Field meetings were held in order to provide instant solutions to the situations encountered in the assembly field. The process was managed simultaneously by establishing continuous contact with the manufacturer and assembly companies throughout the project. Application revisions in the field were quickly transferred to technical projects, and the production and assembly flow continued uninterrupted.
