The most common problems experienced in precast applications during production and in the field are measurement discrepancies, lack of details, faulty production and assembly drawings. All these problems can be largely prevented with a correct and detailed application project prepared before production and the technical support of the project architect.

Manufacturers and assembly teams working with a ready-made project do not go through a trial-and-error process in the field. There are no losses such as taking measurements, re-drawing, or wasting materials. This provides significant savings in both time and budget.

As GRC Project, every project we deliver includes panel and carcass dimensions, mold details, connection points and assembly directions. Thus, both workshop production and assembly processes progress efficiently.

The project design phase also provides a great advantage in the preparation of Quantity, Entitlement and Provision files. Documentation in accordance with institutional procedures is prepared faster and more accurately.
The entire delivery process is managed and followed by us until it is completed.

GRC Project is not only an office that delivers drawings, but also a business partner that provides application coordination by establishing technical communication with the manufacturer and assembly teams at every stage of the process.
